Product Manager - Corporate Finance/Infrastructure Banking - Bank

We are hiring for a Leading Bank

Must Haves :

- Experience in Infrastructure Finance/ Infrastructure Banking/ Corporate Finance.

Job Description :

Credit assessment :

- Tracking of covenants and management of exceptions/deviations.

- Regular review of the case.

- Inspections/Site visits Sector assessment.

- Detailed Financial analysis including finalization of a financial model.

- Preparation of Credit Approval Memorandum and following internal approval processes.

- Meet with all pre-disbursal and post disbursal compliance.

Communication/PR of Bank's products :

- Undertakes brand communication initiatives for designated products.

- Communicates product positioning messaging that differentiates Bank's products in the market.

- Increase Bank's visibility in the finance circle/industry sector.

Market Research :

- Illustrates an understanding of consumers, competition and current market conditions through primary and secondary research.

- Sector tracking/management presentations.

Credit Appraisal :

- Appraisal of the proposals involving detailed analysis of Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Financial Ratios, Cash Flows, Management Risk, Industry Risk, Economic conditions.

Documentation and Compliance :

- To maintain high-quality standards of documentation, client communication, process compliance, ongoing basis with product partners / OSD / Risk Management and other Relationship Management group
