Product Manager - 5-10 Years  We are looking for Product Managers with 5-10 Years Experience for one of our prestigious client based out of Bangalore.   Please find the details below :  JD :  Position : Product Manager  Experience : 5- 10 Years   Job Location : Bangalore  Job Time : Permanent   Overview :   - As Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the development of clients worldwide offering through the use of empowering video publishing tools, customer analysis dashboards, and dynamic merchandising tools.  - The ideal candidate will have a product background in consumer media, enterprise content management, metadata, analytics tools, consumer Web and/or consumer media subscription services.  - Great communication skills, a high degree of self-motivation, international awareness and comfort making data-driven decisions are must-haves.  - This position reports to the Director of Product Management. The position will be based in Bangalore, India with some travel to Bombay and the USA  Qualifications :  - 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in a fast-paced, consumer media environment defining, driving and shipping enterprise or consumer services  - Demonstrable product judgment including the ability to make sound judgments based on the trade-offs of different solutions, complex problems, various  - Start-up or small company with entrepreneurial experience  - Experience with online media publishing tools, digital marketing services, digital media and analytics  - Experience with contemporary product management and development collaboration tools  - Demonstrated experience in developing products from concept to launch  - Passionate about understanding customers and their behaviour  - Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority and work independently without direct supervision  - Excellent oral communication, organizational and analytical skills  - Experience working with distributed global teams  - Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or another technology related discipline and/or relevant technical experience  Responsibilities :  - Own the product vision and strategy for video publishing tools, customer analysis dashboards, and marketing services  - Understand and analyse consumer behaviour and user needs - gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements  - Build and manage a product roadmap to support business goals and strategies  - Develop and establish plans for new features and products while enhancing existing products and features  - Write user stories (product requirements) for new products and features while managing and prioritizing the projects  - Initiate projects within engineering, track product development and develop product marketing launch plans  - Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, support and other product managers to execute product vision  - Develop a thorough understanding of the global online entertainment market - specifically the Indian online entertainment market - and analyse competitive offerings to identify product differentiators  - Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and iterate based on findings   Great to have :  - Ability to interpret results from observation, recorded customer behaviour, A/B testing and usability testing.  - An interest in Bollywood and the South Asian digital entertainment market  - Past SaaS content management experience   Shilpa Benkin Lead - Talent Acquisition  080-69000298
