The Product Manager (Bus Vertical) will have the ownership of the product as experienced by the bus travellers. You will be responsible for taking our Bus offerings to the next level. You- ll ensure that millions of our users have the best experience while going about their bus travel. - You should have a thorough knowledge of the bus travel domain, the competitive landscape and the available offerings in the market. - You should have a deep understanding of the consumer profile, traveller preferences and purchase considerations of a traveller. - You should have a view of the market trends and features that can lead the market. - RailYatri a deep technology and data-centric organization. The position is expected to leverage our extensive data science capabilities to build product differentiators. - The position is also responsible for defining detailed performance metrics for each segment of the product and track metrics on a regular basis. - The position will have a shared ownership of the revenue targets. - The position will own the product experience across all platform - app, mobile web &amp; desktop web. - The position will work closely with engineering, marketing, data science teams. The ideal candidate will have deep and proven experience of driving innovation &amp; growth in online bus travel products. Desired Experience &amp; Skills: - At least 6 years of overall experience with 3 years of Product Management in the online travel domain. - Proven ability to translate consumer needs into business and product requirements. - Understanding of consumer-facing e-commerce mobile products. - Strong analytical and quantitative skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to manage multiple, competing for priorities simultaneously. - Should be able to think strategically and execute methodically and tactically.
