Product Manager :-
Strategic:
- Media campaign planning and execution for ATL & BTL activities
- Planning and developing the Brand Architecture for the product and creating a roadmap for next 3 years across Packaging and communication
- Conducting Consumer immersion studies to understand the usage and awareness patterns of the consumers
- Planning and controlling the A&SP Budget for 2018-19
Communication:
- Driving and implementation of the ATL & BTL initiatives for with annual campaigns
- Selection of media channels like Print, Outdoor and Digital to achieve the brand objectives
- Drive marketing collaterals for brand and relevant product categories for the entire division requirements & ensuring timely planning and execution
- Co-ordination with research agencies to find out the brand equity, consumer preference and awareness
- Conducting regular competitive scan to understand new market entrants, competitive marketing, product introduction, pricing, activation, latest market trends
- Coordination with category manager for timely planning and execution of POS/visibility, schemes, user meets and leads management.
Operational:
- Execution of Retail visibility elements in over all retail stores
- Timely execution of POS/visibility as per the annual plan
- Plan, monitor and execute Architectural and construction related exhibition, for all defined locations
Candidate Requirement :
- Candidates from -- " FMCG / CD / CE / Building Material / Lifestyle Brand " industry only preferred
- Should have a strong Mix background of Sales / BTL activities preferred
