Product Manager - India's Leading Consumer Durable Brand

JOB ROLE :

- Responsible for achieving sales, market share and profitability target for product

- Ensure future performance of products through focus on innovation and long term strategy

- Monitor on-going product performance - total sales and net contribution

- Design on-the-ground market/geography specific product strategies

- Interact with Influencers and end customers to understand product needs/product perception/ dissatisfaction across markets

- Conceptualize new products/variants; work with R&D to develop products

- Undertake and monitor detailed product testing

- Design & ensure execution of BTL activities/Influencer Management Programs

- Design & Drive key dealer & key market strategies.

- Work on packaging, POPs, advertising and other selling aides development

- Interacting with Influencers and end consumer panels to track market trends/ unmet needs

- Track customer complaints - addresses recurring complaints through appropriate action

Candidate Requirement :

MBA - Full Time
