Ideal colleague will be :

1. A professional with 5+ years- experience in a product management role with web-based companies preferably high usage sites like e-commerce

2. A user focused individual who keeps the customer at the heart of everything we do, while having strong commercial awareness

3. Data driven, basing decisions on facts rather than opinions

4. Experienced in web analytics software such as Google analytics/Mix Panel

5. Familiar with A/B testing or other multivariate testing

6. A go-getter who isn't afraid to get their hands dirty and dives into a project to achieve success by problem solving

7. Eager to learn and aware that valuable information can come from both positive and negative results through experimentation

8. Passionate about product development and constantly looking for ways to improve it

9. An open minded team player with excellent communication skills

10. Agile and innovative with the tenacity to thrive in a constantly changing environment

11. Self-motivated and results driven with a take charge attitude to manage the full development cycle of a product
