Product Manager - Construction Funding

- We have opportunity with leading Indian Bank with presence across global level

- Candidate should be MBA from reputed college with relative experience in said role

Job Role and Responsibilities :

- Syndication of debt for consortium lending opportunities

- Sell down of existing debt exposures

- Partnering the developer to introduce a co-developer, Project Manager for their projects

- Advising developers on asset sales

- Advising developers on strategic and operating project partnerships

- Maintain internal relationships with various key stakeholders like relationship managers, zonal heads, credit managers and the product team

- Develop and maintain external relationships with various key stakeholders like financial institutions, financiers and real estate developers

- Ensure Compliance to Internal & External Guidelines

- Enhance corporate relations and seek referrals for generation of incremental business

- Experience in managing key accounts

- Knowledge of compliance of the bank

- Ability to communicate & convince senior management of developers

- Eye for detail
