Product Manager - Community, Coach Expectations from you : - Build a long-term vision for 4Cs and bring people together to buy in that vision. - Understand the customer journey and clearly articulate what the needs are (stated & latent) for him/her - Work closely with other teams & stakeholders and optimize user flows as needed. - Decide what to build ; Define the product roadmap and take all UI/UX-related decisions for all user flows on the website. - Work closely with other product managers, engineers, designers, sales, marketing, legal, analytics, ops etc. and own the delivery of high-quality products. It would include defining requirements, prioritizing, testing, writing copy, tracking metrics, etc. - Strong business, financial acumen & analytical skills to be able to justify the ROI - Build and fortify strong business ideas by going in-depth and understanding where opportunities are and chasing them with innovative initiatives Qualifications Required : - 4+ years of experience in product management - Experience building, launching and maintaining a customer-facing product - Excellent quantitative skills and the ability to work with key metrics and data.
