- Owned/defined the vision, product strategy, key success metrics & roadmap for the community app features and lead the acquisition of new users and increase the product growth MOM. - Collaborated with customers, business, design & engineering teams for rolling out an in-app events feature & further improve the user onboarding flow by using hypothesis testing (A/B testing) and increasing the customer engagement & retention. - Drive the data analytics, marketing, and engagement for the community app, gather deep customer insights, under the product-market fit, and to engage/retain the existing users. - Product owner for managing the entire development cycle, from concept, design, and development, to launch and achieving business goals. Desired Candidate Profile: - Candidate with 2 years of relevant experience in the development of social media platforms from Digital Companies. Should have worked on building the social media platform or app for B2C customers on online platforms i.e. Mobile/Website from a product development perspective. Qualification: - Graduate / Post Graduate. - Background in IT/Software Development would be added advantage.
