1. As a key expectation, this position would work towards creating a conducive environment within the organization for building commodity business. This would include the following activities: - Co-ordinating with internal teams including operations, new initiatives, compliance, etc to launch and upgrade the product - Driving new customer enrolments through internal channels including online and customer acquisition teams - Understanding competition and derive product proposition for commodities - Understanding customer expectations and accordingly build product proposition - Development of customer proposition including marketing communications with help of marketing team - Work with Research team to create appropriate research products for commodities - Work with revenue teams including advisory teams to drive commodities business - Any other activities to build higher participation and revenue for the product 2. Experience in product management function for commodities with an online broker 3. Understanding of commodities with respect to key functions including account opening, back office, customer engagement and driving business 4. An understanding of customer segments operating in key commodities including energy, bullion and metals. Skill sets: 1. Very Good presentation and communication skills - oral and writing. 2. Initiative oriented.
