STEPS is an executive search organization.

I have started STEPS after working in the industry for 16yrs in HR.. My last Organisation was CSC.. In the past worked with HCL, Nucleus S/w, NPI, DCM, Mitsui.

We partner with our clients to fill their strategic and leadership positions for their business success.

In the process, currently we are partnering with a very Large IT Organisation.

My Client is Looking for the following positions, based at Delhi NCR

Position - Product Manager - PAN India Role.

3 Positions for 3 different products :

1. CLOUD

2. Automatic identification and data capture (AIDC) refers to the methods of automatically identifying objects, collecting data about them, and entering that data directly intocomputer systems (i.e. without human involvement). Technologies typically considered as part of AIDC include bar codes, Radio Frequency Identification (RFID), biometrics,magnetic stripes, Optical Character Recognition (OCR), smart cards, and voice recognition.

3. Software for DELL and HP Products

Position: Product Manager (PAN India)

Reporting to: LOB Head

Location: Delhi NCR

Position Summary:

The Product Manager will be responsible to help prepare and implement Organisations GIVEN product & Solution strategies for the India market. This role will be critical to the significant growth of Organistions business in India.

Requirements

- Must be an Engineering graduate preferably with MBA in Marketing

- Must have strong experience in Sales and Product Management with 2-3 years dealing with similar products and markets in India.

- Must have experience in strategic marketing with good knowledge of processes and operations.

- Must possess good strategic vision, strong presentation and communication skills.

- Must be willing to travel as per business needs

Key Areas of Responsibilities:

- Define the product and solution strategy

- Responsible for Competitive intelligence, local pricing and positioning recommendations

- Responsible for providing the sales team with necessary technical expertise to enable them to sell the product

- Plan and enable sales and channel partner training programs.

- Ensure all technical documents and marketing literature are accurate and disseminated

- Monitor the financial performance of all assigned products/regions.

- Understand multi-year strategies for growth and initiate and manage tactical programs that execute the strategy.

- Keep abreast of industry developments to ensure product roadmap quality and competitiveness.

- Quickly and effectively respond to inquiries and complains from internal and external

- Effective vendor management

- Perform other duties as assigned by Line Manager
