Product Manager - Category - Building Material Major

Product Manager ( Category ) -- Indias Leading Building Material Major Co.

Product Management:

- Closely monitor changing market dynamics on various important aspects like pricing, production plans, product placement, key product improvement, competition and tracking. Suggest new SKU's at profitable price points to improve share and consumer preference. Drive product launches and scale-up as per the brand calendar.

 Communication :

- Develop key messages for set of products under charge, create different tools for category development and market communication like POS, literature, cured samples and demo kits, implement BTL activations and analyse effectiveness basis aligned KPI's.

Analytics and Research:

- Work with various external/ internal research entities to develop market insight and analyze market trends.

 Budget Management:

- Plan annual budget and activity calendar for various market development activities.

 Trade Marketing:

- Conceptualize, execute and settle various consumer promotions to increase width and depth of placement.

 Strong interpersonal skills:

- Maintaining healthy relation with cross functional teams like Supply chain, IT, Packaging, R&D and commercial for enabling collaborative work.

 Forecasting:

- Engage with supply chain and operations teams for sales forecasting and inventory management of newly launched productsFaciliate a smooth handover to distribution system post product stabilization.

 Product training:

- Create different training modules for internal team as well as end users to generate awareness and give hands-on experience of the products.

Candidate Requirement :

- Graduation -- BE Civil / BSC Chemistry / BE Chemical (Desirable)

- MBA - Full Time

- Candidate from -- Any Building Material Industry Preferred

- Mix Experience of Sales & Marketing is Mandatory

- Relocation candidate can apply
