Product Manager - Cash Management Services - Bank

Hiring for a leading Bank (Only Product Manager currently managing CMS product development can apply)

Work on new product development initiatives on the cash management front encompassing physical collections and payments. Develop new product solutions ahead of competition and leverage technology to provide value added solutions to clients.

- Drive and support the sales team in customer solutioning for cash and cheque deals

- both receivables and payable.

- Work with the sales teams to introduce electronic solutions for customers using physical modes of banking.

- P&L ownership of the products owned.

- Work on the complete cash proposition for the bank pan-India.

- Support for network management - tie-ups with other banks and vendors, pricing negotiations, etc.

- Proactively engage with other business groups such as client coverage, operations and technology to achieve stated objectives.

- Work with the operations team to streamline processes around physical collections and payments.

- Work on reducing the costs associated with the physical collections and payments.

- Benchmark capabilities with competition on an ongoing basis

- Execute defined strategy and marketing plans

- Ensure that adequate sales tools are provided to sales team

- Proactively monitor progress,provide support & remove bottlenecks as required

- Work on the close looping of customer environment to ensure flows get tight lidded within the bank.

- Work on process improvement and digitisation of processes w.r.t. the suite of products under the CMS umbrella.

- Work closely with operations and customer support groups to benchmark delivery standards and costs with competition and make necessary adjustments to the current process flows.

- Respond to customer's needs/complaints and make appropriate changes in process delivery and resources.

- Ensure continuous business process re engineering in order to improve service delivery and reduce costs.

- Work on automation of work flows with a defined TAT.

- Risk and audit

- Ensure that the risk and audit parameters of the bank are met for the products owned.
