Product Manager - Liabilities

Senior Analyst - Saving Account:

- Responsible for development of banking products with specific focus on saving and fixed products

- Collaborates with other departments to create and establish a market plan to proactively address the market opportunity

- Implements a consistent philosophy and sales process to generate internal business partnerships and promote referral opportunities across all lines of business. Develop, communicate and implement sales initiatives with internal business partners to ensure that the financial goals are achieved

- Provides consistent training/modeling of the sales process by conducting regularly scheduled visits to the assigned Retail Branches to ensure that the Branches have a disciplined approach in tracking and monitoring sales activities, behaviors and pipeline activities while providing superior customer service

- Develops customized sales plans for each Branch using market data, competitive analysis and product/cross sell penetration strategies

- Production of various MIS/Analytics/Dashboard for review with senior management & business

- Works closely with Operations and Regional Operations Managers to ensure that Branch staff are properly trained and have adequate prduct knowledge

- Responsible for execution of ideas and deliver within stringent deadlines

- Responsible for the implementation and review of saving and fixed products

Senior Analyst - Current Account:

- Responsible for Adherence to the Banks policy on acquisition/BSA/KYC etc as well as compliance requirements of regulatory authorities (RBI/SEBI/AMFI/IRDA)

- Driving revenue business to generate fee income through products like mutual funds, investments and insurance

- To identify and develop the compliance frameworks and ensure that they adhere to regulatory requirements

- Ensure Compliance-Training Programs Are Updated As Required, Attendance Is Tracked Accordingly And That All Employees Are Scheduled For Appropriate Training As Required

- Develops customized sales plans for each Branch using market data, competitive analysis and product/cross sell penetration strategies

- Production of various MIS/Analytics/Dashboard for review with senior management & business

- Use available tools to ensure the checks and balances are in place with compliance requirements and frameworks

- Responsible for execution of ideas and deliver within stringent deadlines

- Promote And Disseminate Compliance Information, Encourage Behaviours that integrate Compliance Values Into Business Practices And Continually Reinforce Personal Responsibility For Compliance To All Staff Implement Policies And Procedures To Achieve Compliance At Levels Consistent With Company Standards

- Responsible for new product design, review and launch
