Product Manager - Capital Market - BFS

- Conceptualising and implementing competent strategies with a view to penetrate new accounts and expand existing ones for a wide range of products / services.

- Gathering market intelligence, tracking competitor's activities and providing valuable inputs for fine tuning sales & marketing strategies.

- Providing Sales support in terms of streamlining and monitoring lead generation process through various channels like Bank branches / Website / Phone banking.

- Part of core team in designing process and policies for the product.

- Responsible for designing and approving POP / Marketing material along with Sales Head and marketing team.

- Scheduling of Press advertisements PAN India for the product.

- Preparing PAN India Branch wise and channel wise cost of acquisition; designing different products along with the pricing.

- Assisted the Product Head and Business head in designing the budget for Express Loans.
