Product Manager - Callisto

Preferred geography of previous work experience: India / Europe / APAC / US
Language requirements: Ability to write and speak fluently in English
Technology proficiency preferred: Python / SQL / Bloomberg / Reuters / Experience with any ORM or GRC platform
Key responsibility areas:- Product manager as part of Callisto product family having products in the areas of Non-financial risk management such as ORM, BCP, TPRM, compliance management and Internal Audit.
- Lead, manage and execute several internal development initiatives as per the development roadmap Acies TechWorks's proprietary Callisto application in areas related to Non-financial risk management such as ORM, BCP, TPRM, compliance management and Internal Audit.
- Conduct and manage product demonstrations showcasing several functionalities of the application to several prospective and potential clients across industries. BFSI industry experience is necessary.
- Lead product pre-sales initiatives like RFP responses and product marketing collateral creation
- Define methodologies and workflows for product development and undertake product development along with the team using our No-code platform Revolutio.
- Defining and managing data tables and models for the products.
- Test GUI flow and accuracy of developed functionalities / features across the application. Raise bugs and feature requests with the platform team and coordinate to get those addressed.
- Conduct research on functional methodologies and design prototype models pertaining to workflows, risk quantification, compliance with various GRC standards etc.
- Lead and / or assist in drafting / enhancing existing product documentation and collateral such as business requirement documents, functional specification documents, user manuals, demo presentations, test case repository etc.
- Independently drive day-to-day execution of internal development initiatives
- Independently lead and mentor a team of associates / developers on a day-to-day basis.
- Provide support to the implementation team in case of product related queries.

- Period of engagement: Full-time position
- Probation period: 6 months
- Compensation: Compensation varies depending on the skill, fitment and role played by the person. Compensation discussions will take place post the selection process.
