Product Manager/Business Manager - Pre School Segment - Education

Role and Responsibilities:

1. Plan and execute the Preschool digital platform by:

- Gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements

- Defining the product vision

- Working closely with engineering, sales, marketing and support

2. Ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals by

- Streamlining mobile app operations and user interface to transform learning experiences

- Monitoring performance of the App to promote parent & student satisfaction

- Serving as communication link between customers and tech team

- Resolving any issues and problems faced by customers in a timely manner

3. Drive customer acquisition and cross selling :

- Build a thorough understanding of the product & features and clearly articulate benefits for parents & kids

- Ensuring faster response time.

- Work with Marketing to craft compelling messages and define engagement channels
