Roles and Responsibilities:

Product Development

- Owning the Product Life Cycle from initial concept to delivery

- Market Survey on competition practice and program offering

- Designed and Developed the Niche Product and Operating Guidelines which is not offered by all the competitors

- Worked cross functions to get the final Board approval for Product and Operating Guideline.

Process Designing and System Integration

- Designed the process flow chart

- Developed the start to end process from lead origination to disbursement till last EMI collection

- Coordinated with Project and Technology team to develop the system as per requirements of the product, to ensure that every step of the process from lead capturing till disbursement captured and processed through system.

Strategic Initiatives & Business Development

- Collaborating with digital players to acquire a wider customer base

- Identifying market opportunities and customizing the product to meet the requirement

Channel Empanelment Process Channel Development & Life Cycle Management

- Designed Channel Empanelment Process

- Designed Channel Payout Process

- Digitalized Channel Life cycle management - Lead Initiation, Empanelment, Payout and exit

- Communicating with vendors to negotiate improved pricing, lead time, process quality and delivery .

Vendor Management

- Developing Vendor Management Operating Guideline and Life Cycle Management in coordination across functions to get the Board Approval
