Job Description

- 6+ years product experience, preferably in any of the following: consumer loans, personal finance, Micro finance, Priority Sector loans, emerging markets, Mobile Wallets

- Proficient with the latest methods of product discovery and development

- Create and drive credit portfolio

- Experience in using multiple Marketing & sales channels to drive business

- Experience in online and offline marketing

- Build Business models

- Managing a credit portfolio profitably

- Ability to understand client requirements and convert it into a proper product concept and integrate into product roadmap

- Demonstrated ability to use data to drive critical results

- Ability to design simple and intuitive user interfaces

- Drive technical teams to deliver desired elements to support business

- Appreciation of UI/UX design principles will be an advantage

- Business rationale for enhancement and expansion of different product features and functionalities
