Product Manager -- MNC Building Material Industry

- Implementing and monitoring product plan and marketing strategy.

- Managing product development, positioning, pricing, distribution and service plan, contributing to optimized sales value, product mix and volume to achieve set management objectives.

- Managing margin and pricing policies, ensuring effective implementation in the sales plans.

Drive the Product Line Up for India (both Retail and Projects)in terms of:

- Offering a differentiated and stronger range versus competition

- Pricing and margins in line with objectives

- Drive the desired outcomes on the training needs of the field team pertaining to the category

- Drive the market promotion plans for the category

- Drive Business Forecasting and Planning for the category in line with the supply chain processes of the company.

- Managing projects for New Product Development from Inception to Commercialization.

- Product Planning: setting key revenue objectives in line with business expansion plan and aligning with the product road map.

- Responsible for consistency in pricing and product range.

- New Product Research and Development: drive development of new products and manage growth across category verticals, channel verticals and demographic verticals.

- Driving production forecast, managing slow moving and outdated Inventory.

- Responsible for planning and execution of the product throughout its entire life cycle

- To analyze market demand and competition for existing and new product range.

- To devise plans for successful market launches and other associated activities around the product.

- Category SKU management including line and range management.
