POSITION - Product manager ( Corporate position )

REPORTING : Group Product Head

LOCATION :- Kolkata

Ctc - negotiable ; depending upon current CTC, experience, interview status etc.

REQUIREMENT :

- Planning and development of a given product ( or products).

- Understanding the Market requirement and positioning the product strongly in the market .

- Extensively drive product level penetration plan

- Development, evaluation and the management of overall Product strategy.

- Developing business for the given product. Implementing the sales and marketing strategy for the given product.

- Responsible for providing the sales team with the necessary technical expertise to enable them to sell the product.

- Responsible for preparing product forecasts, and constantly monitoring inventory levels held at central and interstate warehouses including liaison with production (factory) to ensure supply timelines.

- Assist with the development of the annual marketing plan and for controlling advertising, promotion and sales aid.

- Drive the Marketing Activities in the region/product enhance market penetration and sales volume.

- Business and development - communicates the value propositions of the products to the sales team and develops the sales tools that support the selling process. Demand Generation- develop strategies to manage the programs that drive demand for products.

Assist the sales training on product positioning - ensure all sales members can internalize and clearly communicate the product positioning and message.

Desired Profile

INDUSTRY : Building materials / Construction chemicals in Product specification / technical specification.

- MBA or Equivalent in Sales & Marketing from Reputed Institute ; Btech + MBA will be an advantage.

- 4 Years & above of experience in Sales & Marketing with minimum one year experience in Marketing Activations & Product Development.

- Candidate should be open to relocate to Kolkata ( Base HQ )
