Product Manager ( Brands ) -- Indias Leading Durable Major Co

Job responsibilities :

- Developing the annual brand plan and deploying suitable integrated marketing strategies for the required category.

- Strengthening consideration and preference for the brand as well as help achieve desired business results in terms of sales volumes and contribution.

- Managing all activities for a products life cycle including new product launches, media planning (ATL and BTL), creative and visual merchandise development, managing vendors and agencies, conducting product as well as brand researches.

- Monitoring, managing and assessing the media calendar, the budget, media mix and deliverable s by the media agency.

- Supervising, managing and executing BTL activities for multiple brands.

- Ideating and working with the creative agencies for creating impactful and innovative ATL communications on TV, Print & Digital which include concept development, pre and post production, budgeting and casting and also motivating them to generate unprecedented designs and ideas for POPs and Event fabrications.

- Launch & implementation of consumer & trade schemes.
