Job Title - Product Manager/Brand Manager Department: Marketing Employment: Full Time Reports to: Head of Marketing Job Summary : We are looking for an entrepreneurial Product Manager to help Manage, Develop and run product line/Sub-Brand with experience in leading complex strategic and operational initiatives, working through technical, operational and business issues. Responsibilities : - Manage the product management function. - Define the product roadmap and ensure successful product delivery - Own the product lifecycle, which includes defining the product roadmap, working closely with the engineering team on feature specification and making decisions about implementation &amp; Pricing - Competitive analysis and reports - Evaluate technologies and identify opportunities to innovate and improve our features and capabilities. - Volume &amp; business value - Brand Index - Coordinate with sales team - Consumer/Product research i.e. Quant, Qual - Drive industry partnerships and relationships - Liaison &amp; coordinate with creative + Media planning agencies - Oversee the whole creative process i.e. Creative brief, storyboard, link/ animatics / dipstick/ Shoot Key Qualities we seek : - Entrepreneurial spirit - Understanding &amp; experience of consumer research - Experience with New product development &amp; launch process (Gate process) - Great storyteller, able to build a strong product narrative which clearly articulates the motivation for the project, goals &amp; path to success. - Ability to work with cross functional team i.e. Product design/Engineering, Logistics, Production - ATL + BTL + Digital experience (Must) with understanding of digital platforms and their nuances Required Candidate profile : - BE/BTech + MBA, or equivalent practical experience - 5+ years of experience in a product management &amp; sales role - Experience in partner relationships and interacting with engineering teams.
