Our client is a well known respected name in the building material Industry with strong foothold in building products (Roofing systems) and are known for leading the Industry through its innovations.

Description

Reporting to Senior VP, you will be responsible for:

- Responsible for management of the product portfolio in Boards and Panel Business.

- Preparing segment strategies and "Go-To" market approach for ensuring increase of revenues and market share

- Conduct Gap analysis and launch of products as deemed fit as per the market condition

- Plan and execute Product Strategy - with a passion to create a leadership position in India

- Take complete ownership and responsibility for "Idea to Execution" in implementing for boards and panels business

- Build, grow, nurture and manage product executives and management trainees

- To drive/co-ordinate with sales, marketing communication, supply chain teams within organization

Profile

You will be minimum a graduate from a reputed Institute with 7-12 years of experience in Building material Industry in Product Management Role. Furthermore, you will be someone with excellent analytic, execution and communication skills (written & verbal).
