We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Blockchain Product Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in blockchain technology, with a focus on Hyperledger Fabric and Ethereum, and a proven track record of successfully delivering blockchain solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy and Roadmap:

- Define and drive the product strategy in alignment with the company's overall vision and goals.

- Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, ensuring it aligns with market trends, customer feedback, and technological advancements.

Hyperledger Fabric and Ethereum Expertise:

- Possess deep knowledge and hands-on experience with Hyperledger Fabric and Ethereum.

- Stay abreast of the latest developments and updates within the Hyperledger and Ethereum ecosystems.

Solution Development:

- Leverage your experience in building blockchain solutions to lead the development of innovative and scalable blockchain applications.

- Collaborate with the development team to ensure the timely and successful delivery of high-quality products.

Market Analysis and Customer Insights:

- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential opportunities for product enhancement.

- Gather and analyse customer feedback to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Regulatory Compliance:

- Stay informed about relevant regulatory requirements and ensure that the blockchain solutions meet compliance standards.

Documentation and Training:

- Create and maintain product documentation, including user guides and technical specifications.

- Provide training and support to internal teams and clients on the use of blockchain products.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. MBA preferred.

- 4-8 years of total professional experience, with at least 1-2 years specifically focused on building blockchain solutions.

- In-depth knowledge of Hyperledger Fabric and Ethereum.

- Proven track record in product management, including successful product launches and market adoption.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
