Product Manager - BFSI - Startup

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Develop key products by identifying potential products; conducting market research; generating product requirements; determining specifications, production timetables, pricing, and time-integrated plans for product introduction; developing marketing strategies.

- Ensure teams (Developers, Designers) have a full context and understanding of customers and the business environment to create valuable solutions

- Lead the team of Product Managers and ensure timely delivery

Skills:

- Build an effective Product Manager/Product Owner team and partnership with Stakeholders

- Prior software engineering and product delivery experience is mandatory

- Must have handled a team in the past

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority

- Must be innovative and open to continuously improve existing products
