Product Manager - BFSI

- Designing & tweaking of existing and new Products in the given segment

- Competition Analysis

- Acting as a neutral member (as it is a central function), mostly negotiation with both the Front office & Back office teams.

- Liaison with related business groups, funding groups, legal team, as well with credit teams.

- Interact with clients wherever required

- Work on go to market strategies

- Anchor all marketing initiatives at central office

- Devise R&R program

- RBI coordination & Audit

- Study regulatory environment pertaining the product offering.

- Attend management committee meetings to product and process approvals.
