Product Manager - BFSI

Job Purpose:

- The Product Manager will be responsible for independently monitoring, supporting, and promoting assigned products.

- He or she will develop industry-benchmarked product & market communications (in the form of monthly notes, presentations, reports, creative one-pagers, market-based event notes, etc in simple language and graphical format).

- He or she will also contribute to new product ideas and help in the overall product life cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

- Product & Market communications

- Product Management - New product launches, changes in existing products, etc.

- End-to-end monitoring, support, and management of assigned products as a separate business unit.

Key Inter-relationships:

- Sales Team

- Investment Team

- Operations team

- Compliance Team

Qualifications and Experience:

- MBA/CA/CFA along with other professional qualifications. Additional certifications in finance are an added advantage.

- 5-8 years in a related industry and job (AMC, MF, Wealth Management) only

Technical Competencies:

- Understanding of various performance measures and their usage such as CAGR, XIRR for SIP, Standard deviation, etc. Detailed Understanding of mutual fund products & capital markets.

- Proficient in advanced Excel, Word, & PPT

- Preference for knowledge of ICRA MFI Explorer, Morningstar Direct, etc

- Basic data extraction from Bloomberg.
