You measure initiatives quantitatively, and you draw actionable insights to guide decisions. - You are creative and have a track record of testing and launching new ideas. - You've built and maintained complex back-end systems at scale and have proven intuition for designing robust tools and processes that can adapt quickly and grow. - You know that startups are a team sport.
