Job Purpose: Digital product manager will support in building Internet banking and mobile banking experience for Banks customers

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Key / Primary Responsibilities "Defining product backlog, stories and prioritizing the backlog to streamline the execution of program priorities

- Maintain the conceptual and technical integrity of the features or components

- Collecting quantitative product data and metrics through market research and benchmarks

- Developing new product features and product strategies

- Act as primary liaison between stakeholders, various squads and multiple teams in other functions

- Coordinating with stakeholders to achieve the product vision

- Accountable for each stage of the development process and the final product

- A primary role in inspecting and evaluating product progress through each iteration

- Gathering product requirements and aligning them with business goals

- Support execution of the entire product lifecycle management from feature conceptualization through launch and beyond (driving adoption, ideating enhancements, etc.)" `

Secondary Responsibilities:


- Relationship management with internal technology users and vendors

- Accountable for performance and uptime of the solution as measured by department KPIs

- Champion agile development to improve products and processes

- Making sure buy-in from stakeholders on all major decisions and strategies and clear instructions and deliverables for the development

Job Requirements - Academic Qualifications:

- Graduate Degree BSc, B.Tech / B.E

- Post Graduate Degree MBA, Masters(Preferred)

- Professional Degree MBA, Masters(Preferred)

Job Requirements - Technical Qualifications:

- Mandatory Certification NA

- Preferred Certification Agile, Scrum Certifications

Job Requirements - Work Experience:

Years of Experience: 2- 12 years

- Industries Fintechs, BFSI, Consumer tech companies with an exposure to startups will be an added advantage
