Product Manager - Banking/Retail/Insurance

Position: Product Manager

Reporting To: Chief Product Officer (CPO)

Responsibilities:

- Leverage analytics & drive new, justifiable projects that will directly increase conversion rates and BankBazaar overall growth/engagement

- Gather requirements, write specifications, prioritize features, build consensus and coordinate product development with a team of world-class engineers

- Facilitate interaction throughout the development process between a variety of internal teams including: tech, front-end, QA, analytics, operations, customer support and others

- Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements to ensure products satisfy customer needs

- Contribute to product roadmap with new, justifiable ideas to enhance existing functionality or introduce new features

- Build internal products/features aimed at maximizing efficiency & resolving operational/customer service problems via technology

- Taking new products/features to life by working closely with operations & customer support teams to hand off product via training & data integration

- Gather & analyze feature performance data to make optimizations/improvements

Requirements:

- Product management or product design experience

- Experience working with developers & consumer facing products

- Demonstrated skills in gathering requirements, organizing resources

- Experience designing simple and intuitive user interfaces - ability to create examples through wire frames and mock ups

- Understanding of the technicalities of product & architecture

- Experience in developing internet products, conversion funnel optimization, technology is strongly desired

- Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail

- Experience working with website optimization, customer insight tools is desired
