Job Responsibilities:

- Own product life cycle for credit products from discovery, design, development, and delivery

- Work with the senior product team to define product strategy and roadmap

- Work closely with Engineering, UX, Sales, and Delivery team to drive product success

- Prepare detailed requirement specifications, functional specifications, user stories, and manage the requirements throughout the product lifecycle

- Participate in testing efforts in conjunction with QA teams

- Execution of Product Planning and Development - Include customer goals and business requirements for product release, ensuring implementation is aligned with product goals and requirements

- Derive insights based on user discussions and market research and include them in the Product

Job Requirements:

- 4-7 years of experience working in the Banking & Financial Services domain

- Over 2 years of relevant experience in the Credit or Risk domain

- Over 2 years of experience in product management

- Understanding of different systems for various banking products in the domain

- Should have played a client-facing role with experience in user discussions and requirement documentation

- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions.

- Robust verbal and written communication skills with proven experience engaging and influencing senior executives.

- Familiar with agile product development processes

- FRM/CFA certified is a plus

- Understanding of basic SQL concepts and data management/ modelling

- Experience in the regulatory reporting domain is an added advantage
