Product Manager - Bank - IIM/FMS/XLRI

One of our clients, A leading MNC Bank is looking for a right candidate for the below mentioned position.

POSITION: - Product Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION: -

- Improve the quality and effectiveness of the HNI/UHNI Segment

- Increase client loyalty towards bank

- Identify and implement actionable for acquiring new HNI/UHNI clients

- Work closely with the acquisition team to help improve the quantity and quality of new HNI/UHNI clients through relevant acquisition campaigns and initiatives

- Ensure adequate interaction and training for the Acquisition team on banking Product

- Ensure adequate Product support to the Acquisition team to enable seamless client acquisition

- Roll out and manage the on - boarding program for the HNI/UHNI clientele

- Competitive benchmarking and generation of insights

- Development of differentiated value propositions for this specific segment (products, pricing, channels, advice, rewards, etc)

- Work closely with various units and partners within the bank to identify and execute offering that will make the proposition more robust

- Create a well structured reward program and regular offers to help strengthen & differentiate the offering

DESIRED PROFILE:

- We are looking for MBA from premier institutes with 2 - 3 years of experience in product/marketing role from banking& FMCG industry.

- Only candidates from the following premier institutes need to apply:

- IIM,FMS,XLRI,JBIMS,SPJIMR,NITIE,IIT

- Mumbai based candidates preferred
