Product Manager - Bank

We have an opportunity with a leading MNC Bank for Product Manager role

The key responsibilities are mentioned below:

- The main component of this job role is to identify, analyze, conduct due diligence and add new products and providers to the Investments proposition of the Bank.

- Building and maintaining Fund House relationships on an ongoing basis is an integral part of the job role. This is in order to identify new product strategies/ emerging themes and engage in development/approval of new fund offerings from MF and other investment products.

- This role has an overview of all regulatory and internal policies in the field of investments with a responsibility to ensure adherence across functional units such as Sales, Operations, Product, Internet, Marketing and Technology.

- Complete Operations and Technology platform knowledge is required in terms of day to day maintenances, new developments and query resolutions.

- The scope of the role requires providing extensive support to Sales teams on a daily basis in terms of product updates, trainings, customer complaints resolution, operational hiccups if any.

Skills:

- Negotiating Effectively : Liaising with multiple stakeholders across businesses and units within the Bank and third parties, to execute deliverables on time and meet business plans

- Innovation: Continually working towards enhancing the product set, simplifying processes both from an external as well as internal stakeholder’s standpoint.

- We are looking for MBA from Tier-2 b-schools with 4-8 years of product management experience
