This is regarding opening with a Leading Pvt Sector Bank.

Role: Product Manager - Digital SME Banking

Experience: 2+ Years

Location: Mumbai

Job Role:

- Determine the business issue statements and brainstorm initial digital solutions for them.

- Develop and oversee the product/feature's strategy, roadmap, and success metrics.

- Work together with program management and engineering business to establish success indicators and evaluate P&L.

- Work together to identify and address dependencies with internal platforms, engineering, process, and compliance teams.

- Capacity to function in a technically challenging and rapidly evolving setting, as well as to react coolly and collectedly to shifting goals in a time-sensitive scenario.

- Strong organizational and planning abilities, including the capacity to oversee multiple projects at once.

- Self-motivation, focus, assertiveness, and the ability to work independently.

- Proficiency in involving management and diverse technical and non-technical stakeholder groups in an effective manner.
