Product Manager for Bank

- Ensuring product maintenance through competitive bench marking and customer feedback.

- Tracking product performance in terms of market share, delinquency, cost of acquisition, productivity, channel performance and overall economics and profitability.

- Responsible for developing offerings for the country including: product strategy, product definition and launch and commercialization aligning it with the Bank's strategic and regional imperatives, and communicating the same to different sales channels.

- New Product Development as per the market opportunities.

- Maintenance of existing products

- Developed standard target market and pricing policies for products

- Work closely with Business Intelligence Unit, Operations, Legal, Compliance, Quality and Technology in executing business process re-engineering and product customization.

- Responsible for the P&L for the products for Pan India Businesses across

- Training and development of sales channel

- Ensuring product and process modifications to comply with the regulatory guidelines

- Reviewing the existing process and ensure enhancements for better service delivery and reduction of inherent risks in the processes
