Product Manager - Bags & Footwear - Retail

Hiring for the best and established MNC retail brand :

Position : Product Manager - Bags ( 1 position ) & Footwear ( 1 position )

Reporting : Business Head

CTC : 10-16 LPA, depending upon current CTC, experience, interview status etc.

Job Specification :

- Will be responsible for the product life-cycle, planning and pricing of the category.

Design, sourcing & merchandising :

- Identify & evaluate market trends & consumer preferences.

- Define a collection structure to increase sales growth & market share.

- Vendor management

- Allocation

Product Management :

- Effective product life cycle management. Lead the development for new categories to drive growth.

- Track the performance of competition brands and overall market share.

- Analyse sales and brand health on a monthly basis. Devise reports including sales, brand strategy, inventory etc.

- Define pricing, gross margins & discounting.

- Maintain quality check, Stickering & legal compliance.

Inventory Management :

- Demand forecast & planning.

- Accurate & timely order generation

- Monthly stock analysis to identify sell, slow moving products.

- Occasional travel as & when required.

- Candidates from brand side OR LFS format / hyper mart.

- Candidates from export houses do not fit into our criterion.

- At least 5 years work experience is required.

- Ability to work independently.

- Knowledge of footwear designing & sourcing.

Skills : Trend forecast, demand & planning, PO generation, pricing.

- Product Management Range selection to help increase sale & market share

- Analysis Market & consumer preference analysis.

Competition analysis :

- Footwear design & sourcing Understand the footwear designing techniques.
