Product Manager - B2C & Web Products - IIT/BITS/NSIT

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Contribute to product strategy and vision by leveraging customer and market analysis.

2. Write product requirements and user stories for features and enhancements.

3. Identify areas for improvement through data, customer feedback or research prioritize it and transform it into clearly defined product requirements

4. Come up with the clear business impact for every suggested feature

5. Guide user experience design planning and delivery with the UX team

6. Coordinate with other teams and engineers across goes to deliver product functionality that set us apart from our competition

7. Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports

8. Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems

Requirements

1. Engineering graduate from a tier 1 college IITs, BITS, DCE or NSIT

2. At least 1 year of relevant experience

3. Strong analytical and algorithmic problem-solving skills

4. Strong knowledge of SQL and Excel

5. E-commerce/ Startup experience preferred but not mandatory

6. Familiarity with tools like Mixpanel, Looker, Google -Analytics & Redis will be a plus

7. Prior experience in B2C and Web products is preferred

8. Good team player

9. Work independently under minimal direction with strong work ethic
