Job location- Gurgaon, Delhi NCR (folks who are willing to relocate can also apply) Preferred candidate background- B2C product management experience, consumer facing product experience, frontend/UI tech-stack exposure, data-driven decision-making process, product startups or E-commerce. The role: We are looking for a Product Manager with strong product management experience, customer obsession and a strong data-driven decision-making process. You should have strong problem-solving skills, be able to influence and help partner teams, and juggle multiple tasks with competing deadlines. While it's not necessary to already have a deep understanding of finance, you should be keen to learn about investing. The idea of helping everyday people wrangle their hardest money problems should excite you. Key responsibilities: - Figure out what to build next - Groom, priorities and manage the backlog while balancing user value and business requirements - Work closely with product design and engineering teams to develop and ship solutions on time - Explore and analyze data, conduct user interviews, work closely with business stakeholders and a million other things that PMs do - Location Gurgaon with occasional international travel (whenever that's possible again) Basic qualifications: - 4+ years of PM experience for consumer facing products - Detailed understanding of a product owner's role in a scrum process - Proven analytical thinking, project management skills, attention to detail, and exceptional organizational skills - Deep understanding of data analytics and statistics - Adept at sourcing and conducting user interviews - Good interpersonal and collaboration skills Added advantage: - Expertise in either design or user research or statistics - Ability to code in any frontend language
