Product Manager - B2C - Fintech

Role : Product Manager II - Equivalent to SPM

- 4-7 years of work experience in a product management role.

- Good track record in designing product solutions to solve business problems. Obsessed with providing the highest quality product and experience to the customer.

- Ability to create a strategic product roadmap to achieve business objectives and get buy-ins from senior stakeholders.

- Effectively use 80/20 to identify projects/initiatives with biggest impact.

- Experience in working with Engineering to drive the product roadmap.

- Ability to organize, manage, and prioritize tasks with engineering through multiple product release cycles.

- Strong analytical and business skills and ability to use data and metrics for decision making.

- Experience in leading cross-functional teams in delivery of new products or services.

- Ability to work in a fast paced environment where the requirements are constantly changing.

As a Product Manager (II) you will:

- Develop a deep understanding of your product area and it's business impact

- Use data, metrics, and qualitative customer inputs to define the product roadmap for the short and medium term

- Own the product/business metrics for features and product releases.

- Create quality PRDs work and with Engineering and UI/UX team to deliver product releases with top-notch app/online experiences

- Constantly analyze product performance against ROI, KPIs, and other metrics to improve performance.

- Collaborate with different teams and senior leadership to drive the product agenda
