Reporting to Head - Sales Support & Lead Management

1. Purpose

- Responsible for supporting in developing new products/features/services catering to the fast evolving market of e-commerce customers by understanding current market trends, scan the market and customer base, customer needs, competitor offerings and global best practices to enable to stay ahead of the market and serve e-commerce customers with best-in-class product offerings and solutions .

- Educational Qualifications MBA/ Post graduate

- Work experience (years) 2-4 yrs

3. Experience/skill requirements

- Knowledge and understanding of e-commerce market, evolving customer needs and customer contacts in industry

- Competency to analyze and conduct market research - understand global and Indian best practices to develop hypothesis on emerging ideas

- Ability to lead and facilitate solutions based consultation with senior customers

- Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and departments to drive project ideas to execution with business teams

- Having demonstrated strong inter personal & negotiations skills.

- Strong knowledge of basic MS-office tools (excel, Power point, word), specifically power point.

- Strong analytical and quantitative skills

- Driven, result focused with excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities :

Strategic :

- Collaborate with the sales, operations to identify products, segments or regions showing strong growths and profits and jointly develop product/service offering to leverage the same

- Conduct market research and analysis to understand evolving customer needs and generate hypothesis on product offerings that will differentiate in market

- Scan the new ideas and recommend the best which can further be conceptualized in detail. Also support the Innovation Lead to identify to incorporate IT/tech, operational process changes to build out concept in detail

- Present idea concepts to senior business leadership to seek approval of product idea pilot and subsequently roll-out

- Take complete ownership of select initiatives and create detailed concept notes, implementation plans for pilot and full-scale roll-out

Financial :

- Support financial analysis of new product with analyst in team- viability analysis, product profitability, business case building for product, ROI analysis etc.to ascertain that product is ROI positive for business in long term

Operational :

- Collaborate with operations and business team to execute product pilots and full-scale roll-out once approved by committee

- Own pilot of select initiatives and be responsible for on-ground pilot roll-out with support from business team

People :

- Collaborate with business teams and manage multiple stakeholders to ensure product development incorporates all inputs and needs felt within organization and full scale roll-out of initiatives is successful
