Product Manager - B2C - Digital Lending

Responsibilities

- Defining the product vision, customer journeys, roadmap, performing research (user and competitive), specify requirements and creating detailed specifications.

- Working with cross-functional teams (sales collections, credit, operations) to reimagine an intelligent multi -channel origination and fulfillment process and monitoring systems

- Identify and work with technology vendors for implementing the digital journeys and processes leveraging the fintech ecosystem

- Work with the Senior Leadership to develop the company's next generation of retail products.

- Come up with solutions for user and stakeholder problems using data. Leveraging data to drive sales, collections, retention, cross sell/ upsell and drive customer behaviour

- Build Alliances and Partnerships in the electric vehicle ecosystem
