Product Manager - B2C

With the rise in demand for doorstep-delivered product/service, our client focuses on the most important service, healthcare, and delivers the service at the comfort of our home. Some of the services provided by them are nursing care, elder care, doctor at home, physiotherapy, etc. They follow the best practices in medical care and maintain global protocols and standards.

Our client is a 10 year old company headquartered in Mumbai and is present in 9 cities. They have raised a total of $4.4M in funding over 2 rounds. There are more than 1000 caregivers on their platform who are serving 700 patients on a daily basis.

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for managing end to end product life cycle, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with the development team to deliver winning products inline with organization's core values and ethics.

What you will do :

Automating workflows for Caregivers and Patients

Gathering, managing and prioritizing business requirements

Working closely with Technology, Sales, Marketing, and support to ensure business case and customer satisfaction goals are met

Developing the business case for new products, improvements to existing products, and business ventures

Developing positioning for improving the app experience of gig workers

Helping optimize conversion of leads from our own website

Contributing your expertise to product documentation, training materials and marketing collateral for each product offering

Desired Candidate Profile :

What you need to have :

Prior experience of 4 to 10 years in Consumer Product Development/ Digital Consumer Product would be preferable

Expertise in B2C sectors preferably startups which catering to target centric hyper-growth organizations
