Product Manager - B2C

Key Job Responsibilities:

- Be the product evangelist and partner closely with business, design, technology and QA teams to understand the requirements and deliver effective solutions.

- Work with leadership to set strategy, define the product, and make appropriate high-judgement trade-offs between features and speed-to-launch.

- Maintain knowledge of all features and services of product and recommend new features and enhancements to keep improving to accelerate business growth.

- Analyze user requirements, requests and product issues to plan enhancement cycle.

- Set prioritization for new features, enhancements and backlogs with a balance of near term deliverables and long term goals.

Role Requirements:

- At least 2 years of relevant B2C product management experience.

- Strong in UI/UX, community building, Apps, loyalty programs, etc.

- Bridge the gap between business goals and consumer problems; define and own the short term and long-term product roadmaps in line with the goals set by business team.

- Think as an end user and translate complicated product ideas into simple wireframes and flows to deliver world class user experience.

- Engage with customers & partner with internal stake-holders (Marketing, Operations, Business, Communication, Growth) to prioritise, drive and implement the product changes.

- Conduct A/B testing, multivariate experiments to constantly validate hypothesis and decide best strategy to enhance product.

- Ability to provide clear direction, set measurable goals and give insights on industry trends.

- Should be proficient in wire-framing
