Product Manager - B2B Segment - IIT

Qualification, Experience :

- 3+ years experience as Product Manager (B2B products/Ops/WH & Logistics/Workflow/Internal Suite preferred)

- Demonstrated success defining, designing and launching excellent products (preferably in SAS/ERP products)

- Bachelor's or Master's degree (Relevant)

- Technical background, with experience/knowledge basic tech stacks

- Ability to abstract Business Processes into Product Suite

- Strong Business Acumen and ability to understand businesses processes and user requirements.

- Attention to detail & highly Organised - great products are all about the details.

- Excellent at Product Wireframes & PRD and explaining briefs and setting expectations to Tech Teams.

- Excellent teamwork skills / Program Management / Launch Calendars.

- Proven ability to influence cross - functional teams without formal authority.
