KEY FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES
- Expert in product management, having built cloud based products from scratch to launch and scaled them up.
- Engage in requirements gathering discussions with the partners / business teams to determine business and operational objectives.
- Should have a good mix of analytical insight, business acumen, and engineering expertise.
- Take ownership and drive ongoing improvements in the mobile app to be used by external customers.
- Scope and prioritize activities based on business and user impact.
- Keep abreast of the latest technological developments and continuously incorporate newer elements in product functionality after discussion with business teams.
- Generate new product ideas, enhancements to existing product using data analytics and customer feedback.
- User research, Consumer problem identification, Specific design, User testing, Delivery, GTM.
- Work with the QA team and do acceptance testing to ship & maintain bug-free products.
- End to end development of product and taking ownership from product ideation to development to marketing and user feedback.
- Developing product requirements and roadmaps, incorporating feedback and input from customers, partners and in-house teams.
Education: B.Tech + MBA background (Premier Institute)
Experience:
- Must have 2+ years as Product Manager or in a similar role with a fast-paced growing organization.
- Technology background is preferred and hands-on experience of Agile process.
- Background of successfully managing and launching B2B products.
- Very strong with articulating and defining product specifications, user journeys, multiple use cases, and edge cases.
- Very granular with an "eye for detail".
- Familiar with project management methodologies.
- Deep interest and aptitude in data, design, metrics, analysis and trends.
- Should be able to understand and run Rest APIs.
- Ability to build strong relationships and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently or in a team and juggle multiple tasks and prioritize customer facing initiatives.
- Self-directed, with the ability to break down a complex process, assign actions, and manage progress toward a deadline.
