Product Manager - Auto Loan

PURPOSE OF THE JOB :

To strategize the business plan in order to support business development and to attain the Business numbers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

Business Development

1. National level position to drive Business Plan

2. Formulating and executing Business Plan

3. Distribution strategy/product penetration and mapping

4. Ensuring Annual and monthly sales budgets are met.

5. Product Management and development

6. Training the Team on Product and processes

7. Liaison with cross functions like credit, operations, policy etc and provide solution to line team.

Business, Product and Portfolio analysis

1. Development of strategies for new customer acquisitions

2. Launch Plans and Marketing Plan

3. Channel tracking & support

4. Portfolio Control and monitoring

5. Product & process Development/Amendment

6. Evolving the existing product lines

7. Innovation-Process flow eg. Technology

- Training, development and field visit

- Product audit, control and compliance

Product support :

1. Monitor and track the implementation of the action plan designed the specific regions

2. ADHOC/ Misc. Approvals for regional support

3. Customer grievances & their resolution
