Product Manager - ATMs & Remote Banking

Channel Related Role

- Drive the ATM P&L with specific focus on

Cost reduction

Revenue enhancement via portfolio optimization

Work out an alternate commercial model with MSP

- Manage the ATM Portfolio and effect closures, relocations and new deployments

- Responsible for all new functionality developments on the channel including the impending Multi Vendor implementation

- Drive Channel Innovation, Create USPs

- Responsible for Driving the Video Branch, Txn Kiosk, Micro ATMs, Cheque/ Cash Deposit Machine deployments

- Responsible to manage the Client Experience of the channel and ensure closure of ATM Channel related complaints

Usage & Channel Penetration related Role

- Drive On-Us usage of the channel

- Effect reduction in Card Costs on other Bank ATMs by driving Channel migration targets

- Drive incremental Off-us revenues on the Network by running Loyalty programs, Campaigns, dispensing free offers etc.

- Drive the Branches for increased On-Us ATM Activation and overall Card activation

- Influence and drive the Program and Product Mangers to monitor On-Us channel activation
