Position: Product Manager

Experience: 5yrs + (3yrs in Product Managment)

Responsibilities :

- Identify opportunities to streamline operations, automate business processes, improve inter-department collaborations, reduce costs and logistical inefficiencies, through technology factoring in the scalability of the business.

- Monitor key adoption metrics of each product on the platform.

- Build reporting products with trackable metrics and define KPI's for each function, and actions taken by each function in internal operations from the product standpoint.

- Drive customer conversions and increase customer delight via product interventions.

- Drive product and product decisions through data and numbers.

- Manage continuous prioritization and adapt to changing business and customer needs.

Required Skills:

- Overall 5+ years of professional experience with 3+ years in product management in the internet industry.

- Experience in conceptualizing operations heavy business products, ERP solutions, Operations automation or Financial systems.

- Great understanding of looking at businesses and processes from a scalability point of view and building/ conceptualize tech solutions that can improve people effectiveness, process effectiveness, and business efficiency.

- Structure and clarity in the thought process.

- Experience with Agile and lean processes.

- Should display traits of a good leader, with empathy for customers and stakeholders

- Ability to thrive with ambiguity in a dynamic environment.
