Job Purpose

The candidate will be a part of the Product Team acting as a Product Manager for Custody, Clearing and Fund offering to offshore investors and asset managers.

Key Responsibilities

Functional Responsibilities

1) Being accountable and responsible of launching new products and managing existing - preparing offer documents, presentations, notes and diligence

2) Work with custody and clearing ops for FPI clients and DDP for client diligence

3) Build processes and work on developing systems in custody and clearing space

4) Tracking competition and making recommendations. Analysing global trends on custody, wealth management and asset management.

5) Keeping abreast with securities, fund and marketing regulations of Asia, EU and US.

Job Requirements

Qualifications Graduate/ Post Graduate

Functional Competencies Strong strategic thinking and influencing skills

Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills

Possess good Risk, Control and Quality Assurance Awareness

Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills with the ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships both internally and with external stakeholders

Understanding of Indian and global financial markets

Good understanding of Indian Custody and Clearing space

Close attention to detail and ability to work to very high standards

Working across multiple business areas and/or functions to deliver results

New product implementation and product improvements

External Stakeholders

Engage with industry bodies, consultants, exchanges, regulators, etc. to drive thought leadership and garner market intelligence

Clients

Engage with clients along with the Sales Team to explain the offerings in more technical details, primarily institutional segment
